Wendy!

Be assured it's your sheep, not Yale, who inspire my posting this:

The Wiffenpoof Song <- Click

To the tables down at Mory's,
To the place where Louis dwells,
To the dear old Temple Bar
We love so well,

Sing the Whiffenpoofs assembled
With their glasses raised on high,
And the magic of their singing casts its spell.

Yes, the magic of their singing
Of the songs we love so well:
"Shall I, Wasting" and "Mavourneen" and the rest.

We will serenade our Louis
While life and voice shall last
Then we'll pass and be forgotten with the rest.

We are poor little lambs
Who have lost our way.
Baa! Baa! Baa!
We are little black sheep
Who have gone astray.
Baa! Baa! Baa!

Gentlemen songsters off on a spree
Damned from here to eternity
God have mercy on such as we.
Baa! Baa! Baa![/size]

Hello. Thought I'd put in an appearance round here.

I love the Wiffenpoofs. Saw them in The West Wing.

January, 1221 – The Mongol Army under Jochi captures the city of Gurganj (now Kunya-Urgench), and massacres the inhabitants, reported by contemporary scholars as being over a million killed, although probably only a fifth or a tenth of that in reality.

Say "Hello!" to Habanero-tan, the mascot of chili peppers! (It's a Japanese thing.) Check out Habanero-tan - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia to learn more about her.

If you like Habanero-tan as a counting girl, you can download very-small compressed files of her "counts" in four different versions:

First

Second

Third

Fourth

but, do they like krautrock, MrCat?

.. i've been on a krautrock kick since i saw an excellent prog on the subject on the BBC ..
(here's a ten min snip partway through the prog on YouTube)

.. apparently, krautrock has been the source of all modern music that was created since the mid 70s.
